You can cancel your AUDIOPATCH Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if you're not satisfied.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. We will process your refund within 14 business days.
If you are not satisfied with AUDIOPATCH Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

The 2-day free trial does not require payment information and therefore involves no charges to refund. The trial simply expires after 48 hours.
You can cancel your subscription through:
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. All projects remain in your browser. You simply lose access to Pro-exclusive features (collaboration, branding-free export, etc.). If you resubscribe later, Pro features are restored immediately.
