1. Service Description

AUDIOPATCH is a web-based audio patch planning tool for live sound professionals. The core application is free to use. Optional paid subscriptions ("AUDIOPATCH Pro") unlock additional features as described below.

3. Free Features

The following features are available to all users without charge and without registration:

• Stage input lists, output patches, loom planning, tieline routing
• IEM & RF management, digital patching
• Hardware database (142+ verified devices, 300+ microphones)
• PDF & Excel export (with AUDIOPATCH branding)
• Project import/export (JSON files)
• Offline usage (PWA)

4. Pro Subscription Tiers

AUDIOPATCH Pro is available in three tiers:

• Tech Pro (€4/month or €32/year) — Real-time collaboration, branding-free PDF & Excel export, up to 3 devices
• Company Pro (€8/month or €64/year) — All Tech Pro features plus Crew View (read-only sharing), custom logo on PDF exports, company name on documents, up to 3 devices
• Company Team (€16/month or €128/year) — All Company Pro features with up to 10 devices per license

Prices include VAT where applicable. Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record and handles tax calculation based on your location.

5. Free Trial

New users may activate a 2-day free trial that includes all Pro features. The trial requires a valid email address for verification. Each email address can only be used for one trial. No payment information is required for the trial.

6. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days
• Yearly subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your projects and data are not affected — all data remains in your browser
• You can resubscribe at any time

8. Data Storage & Liability

AUDIOPATCH stores project data in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Browser cache clearing or browser updates
• Device loss or failure
• User error

We recommend regularly exporting your projects as JSON backup files.

9. Intellectual Property

The AUDIOPATCH software, design, and documentation are protected by copyright. Users retain full ownership of their project data and exported documents.

10. Limitation of Liability

AUDIOPATCH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Kassel, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
